We are looking for Deputy Manager ESG & Audits for our Corporate Risk and Compliance function.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and analyse ESG metrics (carbon emissions, social impact, governance).
· Prepare reports for stakeholders, regulators, and the public.
· Engage with stakeholders to understand sustainability concerns and expectations.
· Educate internal stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.
· Administer initiatives for environmental impact reduction.
· Monitor and adapt ESG/sustainability strategy.
· Stay updated on emerging sustainability trends and technologies.
· Plan and conduct audits for the Integrated Management System (IMS).
· Liaise with third-party certification bodies.
· Conduct internal, project, and third-party audits.
· Organize training on quality systems for compliance and improvement.
· Develop and implement quality-related processes.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Lead Auditor Environment Management System (EMS), ESG Training, Carbon Footprint Calculation Trainings.
· Good knowledge of ESG / Sustainability Standards, Reporting structures and market scenarios.
· Good knowledge of International Quality Standards, Auditing Skills, external certification bodies, standard practices, and Documentation System Development Skills.
· Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, decision making, conflict resolution, people and Time Management skills.
Experience: Minimum 5 Years with preference in relevant industry.
Education: Bachelor’s in environmental studies or engineering
