Procurement Officer-Billing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
- Support the accounts payable process, including invoice posting and payment follow-ups.
- Perform SAP-based transactions and ensure timely and accurate data entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement Billing, Accounts Payable, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and good understanding of ERP-based processes.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
