JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all functions and business units.
- Strengthen employer branding through innovative sourcing, campus partnerships, and digital presence.
- Design and execute learning & development programs aligned with competency frameworks and performance outcomes.
- Lead initiatives related to culture building, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Drive organizational change and continuous improvement through OD interventions.
- Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, objectivity, and alignment with company goals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- 08-10 years of experience in the related field
- Graduation / Masters
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, competency frameworks and OD methodologies.
- Proven experience in designing and executing L&D and engagement initiatives.
