JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule vehicles and ensure timely dispatches.
- Plan and coordinate primary transportation from manufacturing plants to distribution centers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, Permits and safety standards.
- Manage transport vendors, review invoices, freight rates, and service-level agreements.
- Resolve delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain transport records, trip sheets, fuel consumption, and vehicle documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport performance reports and KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, dispatch operations, and fleet management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/SAP systems for transport planning and reporting.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure.
