🔹 Lead and manage the customer support team for world-class service.
🔹 Optimize ecommerce operations, including order processing and fulfillment.
🔹 Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and systems.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
✅ 5+ years in ecommerce, customer support, or operations (management experience a plus).
✅ Proven ability to optimize processes and lead teams effectively.
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems, order management tools, and ecommerce platforms.
