Brief outline of main duties:

• Able to maintain all factory instruments along with the inventory and periodic calibrations & troubleshooting.
• Supervision and hands-on activities related to PLC systems in place and their timely rectification in case of any fault.
• Able to troubleshoot ELV faults and their rectification in minimum possible time.
• Good knowledge of control circuits and P&IDs
• Coordination with operations/process departments to close out the notifications and their proper signing off.
• Assist the Project Team in execution of various projects related to automation and instruments.
• Conduct Root Cause Analyses to reduce breakdowns, improvement, and implementation of safety standards to minimize HSE issues.
• Implementation of cost reduction activities.
• Hands-on work at field for troubleshooting at sites of Dalda Foods Limited in Karachi.

Skills requirements: MS Office, SAP PM/ERP, Experience in programming of HMI/PLC is added benefit.
