Position: Procurement Engineer (Officer/Assistant Manager Level)

Dairy/Tea whitener Manufacturing Site Based in Lahore

Education: MBA Supply Chain/ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical

Experience: Minimum 03 Years relevant experience in technical / packaging

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procuring of various materials and equipment, such as:
   • Engineering stores and spares
   • Consumable raw materials
   • Packaging materials
   • Plant and machinery
   • Electrical and mechanical equipment
   • Services (e.g., pumps, motors, oils, lubricants)
   • Construction-related materials
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure:
   • Cost-effectiveness
   • Timely services
3. Vendor management:
   • Enhancing the vendor pool
   • Optimizing costs
4. Handling specific types of purchases:
   • CAPEX (Capital Expenditure)
   • BMR (Balancing, Modernization, and Replacement)
   • IT-related buying

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
