Assistant Manager — Dealer Operations (Karachi)

Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelors Automotive
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of dealer service management activities.
• Development of service formats and record keeping for entire service department activities.
• Coordinate with dealers and getting status of dealer service staff on monthly basis.
• Collecting service operations performance and productivity from network.
• Collect data in terms of repair orders and dealer data and prepare radar charts.
• Preparation of service department action plans.

Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelors Automotive
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:
• Ensuring smooth running of service facility including service reception and workshop.
• Assist dealer development department for dealer facility.
• Responsible to monitor problems and convey to head office via STAR reports.
• Provide guidance to dealers in executing operations of dealer service department.
• Conduct dealer staff trainings and assist head office in conducting campaigns.
• Ensure required manpower availability, toots and equipment’s and facility correctness as per Cl.
• Assist in preparing key service indicators, formats and in developing of new procedures for the service operations.
