Crown Group of companies is looking for skilled profiles for the position of “IT Executive”
Job Specification:
• Troubleshoot system and network problems. Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Set up new users’ domain accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Installing and configuring computer’s linked hardware, software, systems, networks
• Monitoring and maintaining users’ computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Repairing and replacing IT equipment as per need & testing new technology.
• New user enrollment on Access Control (Biometric Attendance Machine).
• Basic knowledge about CCTV & PABX.
• IT Document management.
• Management of IT Asset Inventory.
• Virtual Meeting Platform management (Skype, Zoom, etc.).
Requirements:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
Experience: 1-2 years in the relevant field
Skills: Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
Location: Head Office, Clifton Block 5 Karachi
