- Spearheading the sales force of the north region towards the objectives set by the leadership.
- Working as a catalyst in transforming & revamping the sales & marketing team according to modern S&D techniques, field coverage, productivity and visibility parameters.
- Ensuring an optimal speed to market and brand visibility.
- Creating synergies between the channel such as mechanics & retailers.
- Familiarity with managing medium and large size distributors and developing distributor P&L.
Qualification: BBA/MBA preferred
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in related domain. 2-3 years as an ASM/RSM in tier 1 or tier 2 FMCG company.
