Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and strengthen the dealer and distributor network
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor market trends and regional sales performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 5–8 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in the Lubricants (Oil), Spare Parts, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, FMCG
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor management and business development
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
