Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Oversee daily operations of services department
• Update department’s SOPs and policies.
• Timely purchase records and billings of hostels and messes.
• Prepare Contracts including transport, shops at plant and labour
• Prepare & ensure utility bills (Electricity, PTCL, Couriers, and SNGPL etc) records and their timely payments.
• Maintain guest records, their rooms and allotments.
• Look after Worker meals, canteens and overall housekeeping
• Timely bill preparation and their recovery as per defined procedures.
• Ensure the department audits and monthly closings of accounts.
• Excellent planning and problem solving skills
• Proficient MS Office Excel, Word and Power Point. Apply
