REQUIRMENTS
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Import and Accounts.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Understanding of import documentation, invoices, GDs, shipping documents, and customs-related processes.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and record import-related financial transactions.
- Verify import invoices, LC documents, and shipping records.
- Coordinate with the Import & Finance departments.
- Prepare cost sheets and maintain import expense records.
- Reconcile vendor statements and import payments.
- Assist in customs duty, taxes, and import cost allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of import records.
