Position: Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
Ensure Achievement of Area Volume Targets (Primary and Secondary) on Monthly basis
Conduct Morning & Sunset Sessions with DSRs and monitor performance of territories on daily basis.
Keep regular track of Field KPIs (Penetration & Bill/Outlet Productivity)
Ensure usage of Tools such as Google Maps by Field Officers to increase system efficiency.
Ensure execution of all Trade Promotions as per the Agreed Mechanics across territories.
Ensure that all Trade Offers and Wholesale Discounts are passed on to Customers.
Minimize Damages by ensuring that Distributors follow proper Warehouse Standards & use FIFO.
Ensure Availability and Visibility through Field Officers & DSRs as Per Agreed Standards
Manage & Motivate Distributors for Mutual Business Growth
Provide market intelligence to Head Office on a regular basis.
Support RSM in miscellaneous tasks & projects assigned to region.
Demonstrate conflict management skills by resolving issues of field team and ensuring discipline and proper conduct of Field Staff in the assigned Area.
Ensure all financial claims submitted are timely, correct and authentic and attest all claims of monthly allowances of field officers.
Ensure Secondary Sales data reported via CCMS is timely and accurate.
Education: MBA / Master’s degree from a reputable university.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.
