Position: Packaging Lead (Head Office) – Karachi
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing packaging portfolios, with hands-on expertise in project management and supplier coordination
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of new and improved packaging solutions, including concept generation, prototyping, engineering specifications, equipment qualification, quality assurance through testing protocols, and technology transfer
- Conduct assessments of packaging material suppliers, evaluating quality, regulatory compliance, innovation capabilities, and improve cost and shipment efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain and Packaging Partners to ensure project objectives are achieved, and monitor project progress against goals and implement corrective actions when needed
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams in the development, modification, and optimization of packaging materials, machinery development and modifications
- Stay updated on market trends and advancements in packaging technologies and sustainability in packaging design, and share actionable insights with internal teams
- Create and manage accurate and comprehensive packaging specifications in line with the regulatory requirements
Education:
- Minimum BE Chemical / Industrial / Polymer Engineering or related field

- Processing of vendor invoices
- Verification, vouching and parking of field force expenses
- Audit distribution setups, and verify and process distributor claims in accordance with company policies
- Verification of distributor, field force, and DSFs incentives
- Coordinate with the Sales team and conduct regular market visits
Education: Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACMA
