Position: Packaging Lead (Head Office) – Karachi

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing packaging portfolios, with hands-on expertise in project management and supplier coordination

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of new and improved packaging solutions, including concept generation, prototyping, engineering specifications, equipment qualification, quality assurance through testing protocols, and technology transfer
Conduct assessments of packaging material suppliers, evaluating quality, regulatory compliance, innovation capabilities, and improve cost and shipment efficiency
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain and Packaging Partners to ensure project objectives are achieved, and monitor project progress against goals and implement corrective actions when needed
Provide technical support to manufacturing teams in the development, modification, and optimization of packaging materials, machinery development and modifications
Stay updated on market trends and advancements in packaging technologies and sustainability in packaging design, and share actionable insights with internal teams
Create and manage accurate and comprehensive packaging specifications in line with the regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Processing of vendor invoices
Verification, vouching and parking of field force expenses
Audit distribution setups, and verify and process distributor claims in accordance with company policies
Verification of distributor, field force, and DSFs incentives
Coordinate with the Sales team and conduct regular market visits

Education: Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACMA
