• Monitoring of Merchandisers through field visits
• RE wise execution of Monthly Visibility Plans
• POSM requirement generation, Utilization and Tracking
• Pictorial Report of monthly executed plans
• Merchandisers Field coaching
• Implementation of IPAQ and ensure its effective utilization by merchandisers
• Performance tracking of Merchandisers through store perfect system application
• Daily attendance update in the SP system
• Identifying block display opportunities
• Arrangement for Merchandisers training
• Ensure the deployment and maintenance of visibility devices through Merchandisers and DSF
• Selection and Negotiation for Block displays with customers
