Position: Health and Safety Engineer

Job Identification

We are looking for a Health & Safety Engineer to be a part of our Commercial team located in Faisalabad. The position is responsible to implement CCBPL’s Occupational Health and Safety policy through the frame work of OSH (Occupational Health & Safety) systems and enhance its effectiveness by adopting the best H & S practices and technology. The position will play a key role in ensuring compliance of Supply Chain Function with all HSE requirements to achieve H & S excellence and promote “zero incident culture” at CCBPL.

What We Expect

Develop programs and conduct H & S training for plant staff, line supervisors and workers to enhance safe working culture across all territories
Create a safety culture across entire business operations of Supply chain team by ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and regulations.
Ensure all local, regional, and national EOSH legislatives and regulatory requirements applicable to company’s activities are complied with.
Analyze EOSH data collected on specific formats and report on the health of EOSH system implementation to the top management. Compile and furnish annual EOSH performance report.
Prepare H & S budgets for Supply Chain and implement controls for effective implementation of safety requirements.
Conduct and participate in process of EOSH identification and carry out risk assessment involving line management.
Ensure that all operating equipment, tools and plants meet EOSH standards. Plant and machinery in operation comply with safety standards. All installations are made to ensure laid down company’s requirement of safety standards.
Identify and help ensure safe working discipline at plants & in road transport system. Implement safety discipline across company’s entire fleet and transport handling and logistic system. Ensure resources for implementation & control for desired safety culture among D&L & fleet drivers and a safe vehicles management system.
Supervise incident and accident investigation through a dedicated committee to perform incident and accident by analyzing the root cause to place effective, efficient, corrective and preventive actions.
Take and ensure all third-party contractors comply with company’ EOSH policy and comply while executing the job at the plant premises

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with NEBOSH certification
3 to 5 years of FMCG experience

Position: Production Engineer

Job Identification

We are looking for a Production Engineer to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Multan.
What We Expect

Production program to be realized in accordance with the processes and the desired quality parameters.
To keep records related to production.
To keep productivity of the production and material usage of the line under constant control and to be in productivity improvement works.
Manage implementation of production program according to processes, share daily production program with foremen.
Ensure application of daily, monthly, annual lubrication and maintenance programs for production line machines
Ensure that records of failures/stops for machines in production lines are kept, search for reasons and develop suggestions/projects to prevent their repetition
To plan the maintenance and lubrication of the line, to provide the necessary records to be entered.
Planning and ordering the need for spare parts.
To develop the proposals / projects to prevent repetition and to keep the failure / posture records related to the machines in the production lines and to investigate the causes of them, to provide the referral and administration of the team in case of failure, to support the employees in the determination and elimination of the failure.
To make maintenance activities in accordance with planned periods and TPM plans
Ensure that all operators are trained to carry out maintenance/repair and cleaning of machines under their responsibility
To educate and train self-employed formulans. Making the necessary modifications to the production line. To ensure that all operators are trained to maintain / repair and clean the machines they are responsible for. To follow the performance of the staff. To ensure the creation of a team work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree will be preferable
Major for Education: B.Sc or B.E Mechanical or Electrical Engineer Or Equivalent Degree

Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Identification: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive – Key Accounts to be a part of our Commercial team located in Lahore.

What We Expect

Volume & NSR: To ensure Secondary pack wise volume and NSR targets are met and suggest new ways to generate more sales. Provide accurate secondary Sales forecast of his area.
Availability Expansion: To ensure new outlets are created and retained as per target and area potential.
SFE KPI’s: To analyze SFE KPI’s and suggest ways to improve them. To ensure that all data in the sales information systems pertaining to his/her area is cleansed, validated, and updated on a regular basis.
In-Outlet Execution: To ensure Daily In-Outlet Execution is carried out by his team as per PicOS & RED criteria, ensure proper execution of all marketing initiatives in his area.
Competitor Intelligence: To monitor and report competitor activity in his/her assigned area and suggest ways to counter them.
Equipment Management: Supervise/ensure the proper injection and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage, Outlet Activation material etc.
Customer Relationship/Account Management: Maintain customer collaboration and relationship with all the customers in his/her area to ensure that they remain loyal. To ensure proper handling of all customer complaints in a timely manner as per company guidelines. Maintain an updated fact sheet on every customer. He is also responsible for tracking & timely settlement of market accounts (Glass, Accounts Receivable, Discounts, DME etc.)
Team Management: Responsible for training and developing Presellers
