CONDITION MONITORING PROFESSIONALS
Position: The incumbent will lead condition monitoring and reliability activities for refinery rotating equipment, with primary responsibility for vibration analysis, lube oil analysis, MCSA, and predictive maintenance. The role will involve identifying developing equipment abnormalities, diagnosing failure mechanisms, recommending corrective actions, and supporting root cause failure investigations to improve equipment reliability and availability. The position will also be responsible for reviewing condition monitoring and inspection reports, monitoring equipment health and performance trends diagnostic, coordinating with third-party specialist agencies, and providing technical recommendations to Operations, and Reliability teams. The incumbent will support major shutdowns/turnarounds, FAT, machinery installation, alignment, commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in equipment integrity, condition monitoring in Oil & Gas / petrochemical sector, with hands-on experience in inspection, failure investigation and preventive maintenance.
Education/Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, with relevant Condition Monitoring certification such as Vibration Analysis Level II (VA-II) preferably Level-III. Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, applicable API/ASME standards, condition monitoring, reliability practices, and EHS requirements.
