Assistant Manager Boiler – PMD

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

B.E . B.S . B. Tech in Mechanical or in a relevant Engineering discipline. Under 35 years old, with more than 7 years of work experience in repair and maintenance of ≥1000 t/ hr. thermal boilers and boiler auxiliary equipment including more than 2 years of work experience in production technical management or maintenance professional engineer positions. Preference will be given to those who possess first class boiler engineer license.
Competent in the structural principles of boiler equipment as well as equipment installation and maintenance processes, with a solid understanding of relevant codes & technical standards and specifications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent logical thinking, summarization, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in the use of modern office equipment and computer technology, candidates with Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be given preference.

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Professional equipment management, technical management, planning management, reliability management, fault diagnosis and analysis (RCA), and safety/ compliance management.
Technical supervision and quality and contractor management of boilers and pressure vessels.
Analysis of unsafe incidents in the specialty, formulation of corrective measures, and follow-up implementation.
Management of spare parts and materials within the specialty, including budget preparation.
Preparation of daily maintenance and scheduled overhaul plans for professional equipment.
Preparation and revision of professional technical standards for equipment management. Organize, preparation, and review of maintenance procedures, maintenance document packages, drawings, and other technical documents.
Preparation and review professional technical renovation plans and methods.
