WE ARE HIRING CUSTOMER COMPLAINT SUPERVISOR – FPD
A Ghulam Faruque Group Company is looking for a qualified and talented individual for the mentioned position based in Gadoon Amazai Swabi KPK.
Key Responsibilities are :
- Assist in managing the end-to-end customer complaint handling process
- Have knowledge and grip of running packaging machines (Ghee & Oil Films).
- Investigate customer complaints related to flexible packaging products (quality, printing, lamination, sealing, etc.)
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding complaint status and resolution
- Maintain accurate complaint records, reports, and trend analysis
- Monitor complaint KPIs and prepare regular management reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring complaints
The ideal candidate must have Bachelor’s / DAE / FSC / FA / SSC or a related field with minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer complaint handling or quality assurance within the flexible packaging or printing industry
