We are looking for a commercially driven, detail-oriented, and product-focused professional to join our Production Merchandising Team.
Open Position: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 – 𝐌𝐞𝐧
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, Textile, Merchandising, or a relevant field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in production merchandising, preferably in men’s apparel or retail
- Strong knowledge of men’s clothing, fabrics, trims, garment construction, finishing, fits, and size specifications
- Good understanding of production processes, sampling, costing, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Ability to manage production planning, order execution, supplier coordination, and timely product delivery
- Coordination with vendors, quality, production, supply chain, design, and merchandising teams
- Experience in sample follow-ups, product approvals, costing negotiations, production tracking, and quality monitoring
- Ability to maintain production records, order status reports, critical paths, and vendor follow-ups
- Knowledge of men’s fashion trends, customer preferences, market requirements, and competitor offerings
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and vendor-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a quality-focused, commercial, and product-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders and production timelines effectively.
