Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant

The Job:
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting, implementing, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules, ensuring seamless alignment with business requirements. The position requires a balance of technical and functional skills to configure and customize Oracle R12 systems, including Financials and Supply Chain modules, while collaborating closely with business users and technical teams. Key responsibilities include system customization using Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and APEX, as well as managing integrations with other systems. The candidate will also participate in project planning, testing, and training end-users to ensure optimal system performance.

The Requirements:
The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a techno-functional role focused on Oracle E-Business Suite R12. Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and APEX development is essential, along with a solid understanding of Oracle R12 modules (Financials, Supply Chain). Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills are required, as well as experience in ERP integration and data migration. Additional expertise in Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a significant advantage.
