We’re Hiring – Executive & Family Affairs Manager
📍 Location: Lahore/Islamabad
CHAKOR VENTURES (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an Executive & Family Affairs Manager to support the CEO’s personal and family operations with discretion, care, and efficiency.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, activities, and appointments; coordinate with the family calendar and Chief of Staff regarding work commitments.
Plan and book family and personal travel, including hotels, transport, and itineraries suitable for children and elderly family members.
Coordinate weekend logistics for village visits to Dubai Adda and Chakor Foundation trips and meetings.
Manage household vendors, personal staff schedules, and recurring family administrative tasks.
Liaise with the Executive Assistant on shared calendar items and priorities.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
3–7 years of experience as a family or personal assistant within a high-net-worth household.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple family members, including a spouse, elderly parents, and children, with sensitivity and patience.
Strong local vendor network for travel, medical, and household services in Lahore and Islamabad.
Trustworthy when handling sensitive family and financial information.
Candidates seeking a long-term household role will be preferred.

PKR 100,000–150,000 per month
