CHAKOR VENTURES (Pvt.) Ltd. is hiring an experienced Director Corporate & Development to lead corporate growth, investments, strategic partnerships, and business expansion initiatives.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and execute corporate growth and investment strategies.
- Lead investment evaluation, financial modelling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Manage M&A transactions from due diligence through negotiation and closing.
- Structure joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and co-investment opportunities.
- Develop REIT, real estate funding, capital raising, and project finance strategies.
- Build relationships with investors, banks, government authorities, and strategic partners.
- Present investment proposals and recommendations to senior management, Board, and investment committees.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure strong governance and compliance.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, CA, or ACCA qualification will be preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in corporate development, investment, corporate finance, M&A, or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, ROI/IRR, NPV, and deal structuring.
- Proven experience in M&A, JVs, strategic partnerships, and capital raising.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Experience dealing with institutional investors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
