Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited is looking for a Lead Corporate Customer Induction expert to join its team, helping clients transition smoothly to a book-entry system through induction into Central Depository System, enabling them to enjoy the full benefits of secure, efficient electronic records.

Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Nature of Position: Permanent

Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
The resource will be required to
i. Lead and manage corporate customer induction process, ensuring smooth on-boarding of companies into the Central Depository System.
ii. Provide specialized support on various financial instruments, including Ordinary Shares, Preference Shares, Term Finance Certificates (TFCs), Sukuk, and Commercial Papers, etc its compliance, facilitating a seamless experience.
iii. Stay current with regulatory requirements, including SECP filings and relevant regulatory guidelines, ensuring clients meet compliance standards.
iv. Have knowledge of key filings required during company incorporation with the SECP, such as the Form 1, Form 21, and Form 9/29 along with other regulatory compliance.
Qualification Required: Master’s degree from a reputable institute.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Customer handling, Company secretariat, preferably in financial services.
