EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from screening to onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives through effective engagement and representation.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for process optimization.
