We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR Employee Relations & Compliance to strengthen our employee relations framework, ensure compliance with labour laws and foster a positive, respectful work environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands on experience in managing employee disciplinary processes, domestic enquiries, workplace investigations and HR compliance while partnering with business leaders to ensure fair, timely and legally compliant resolution of employee matters also play a key role in driving workplace harmony, maintaining accurate employee relations records and providing actionable insights through HR analytics reporting. stakeholder management and Artificial Intelligence exposure will be added an advantage.
