MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN (Having Experience in Import & Export)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end import & export operations, including documentation, customs, logistics, and shipments.
Ensure smooth supply chain of coffee beans, equipment, packaging, and other supplies.
Manage inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and warehouse controls.
Handle costing, landed cost, supplier negotiations, and procurement efficiency.
Manage equipment procurement, availability, logistics, and vendor coordination.

REQUIREMENTS 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain/Import-Export operations; strong knowledge of customs, logistics and vendor management. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree & above.

BRANCH MANAGER – COFFEE BUSINESS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete branch operations & daily business management.
Lead, train and manage café staff.
Achieve sales, revenue and profitability targets.
Manage inventory, wastage, cash handling and daily reports.
Ensure coffee/product quality, hygiene and SOP compliance.
Handle customer complaints and maintain excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with suppliers and head office.

REQUIREMENTS 3–5 years’ experience in Café/F&B/Retail Management; strong leadership, sales and operational skills. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree & above.
