Position: Area Sales Manager – Multan

Job Duties:

• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Surveying all assigned outlets to ensure predefined Visual Merchandiser’s requirements in the store
• Evaluate performance against KPIs to achieve targets
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
• During campaigns and promotional activities coordination with Marketing team
• Coordination with audit team for audit inventory of assigned territory outlets

Requirements:

• Masters/Bachelors preferably in Marketing / Sales
• At least 04-05 years of experience as Area Manager/Manager
• Sound understanding of optimization of retail operations & management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong follow-ups and coordination skills

Position: Interior Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture/interior designing
• Minimum 02-03 years’ of experience in retail industry

Key Skills:

• Retail and spatial design experience.
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD, Adobe CC, Sketch-Up
• Well versed in design and development of furniture and fixtures in retail industry
• Designing and drawing skills
• Experience and understanding of wallpapers, textured paints, fabrics, drapery and other crops
• Ability to work on cost comparison analysis & budgeting of related projects
