WE ARE HIRING Regional VM Lead
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Develop and implement seasonal VM strategies that reflect the aesthetic & fashion direction.
- Work closely with concern departments to ensure timely execution of launches and campaigns.
- Use market intelligence, sales data, and consumer behavior insights to evolve VM practices.
- Create and enforce detailed VM guidelines and toolkits to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage the rollout of new collections, promotional campaigns, and flagship store activations with excellence.
- Strategically oversee product presentation and floor layouts to highlight key collections, drive customer flow.
- Manage the VM budget & balancing cost control with the delivery of high-impact, premium visual environments.
- Translate fashion trends into visually compelling in-store narratives that inspire customers & brand’s identity and positioning.
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of regional & professionals VMS, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee relationships with mannequin suppliers, window designers, and prop vendors to deliver innovative, fashion-forward visual installations.
- Conduct regular visual audits and report on VM impact in terms of sell-through, customer engagement, and brand perception across the network.
Qualification: Fashion Marketing & Merchandising (PIFD) or other institute
Experience: 01 to 2Years
