We need a Deputy Manager Supply Chain with 5-7 years of experience.
Department: Procurement

Job Description:

Create the purchase order with all required details along with delivery schedule and send it to the vendors.
Liaise with vendors for delivery and follow-ups.
Ensure periodic quality checks before and after delivery.
Liaise with the school / branch, etc. on the delivery and quality feedback while ensuring desired levels of Customer satisfaction.
Identify / Define an action plan of implementing improvement steps in light of challenges faced as well as feedback received from branches / customers.
Training and Mentoring peers / colleagues on professional and personal front.
Efficiently manage existing suppliers along with their development.
Identify methods of optimizing the process and delivery lead times.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management from time to time.
