QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline

EXPERIENCE 1-3 years’ experience in data analysis or BI reporting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect, clean, and prepare data from internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Partner with IT teams to streamline data extraction processes, maintain data pipelines, and document data sources, schemas, and workflows.
Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, customizing as needed for stakeholders and ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
Perform in-depth analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights, leveraging statistical methods.
Maintain BI tools, assist in troubleshooting, ensure data security, and support end-user training.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks, enhance dashboard performance, and contribute to the development of BI best practices.
Document analysis findings and escalate complex issues when necessary.

CORE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Excel (including Power Query), SQL & Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Expertise in BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
High accuracy in data handling, validation, and reporting to ensure reliability and trust in outputs.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and data warehousing concepts (e.g., ETL processes, data lakes).
