Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s will be preferred
Department: Customer Services
Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage different survey results and survey inspection.
- Gathering available information on the context and survey planning.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habit. interests and other relevant factors to ensure customer satisfaction in creating target marketing campaigns.
- Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Location: Karachi
