๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฒ is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of ๐๐๐๐ก๐ง๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ง๐๐ซ โ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง ๐๐๐๐ซ.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
o Develop and maintain detailed tech packs for each design, including flats, construction details, trims, stitching, fabrics, and embellishments.
o Ensure accuracy of measurements, size specs, and grading across size ranges.
o Define and communicate embellishment artwork placements and sizes (e.g., prints, embroideries, appliquรฉs).
o Collaborate with design and product development teams to interpret design concepts into technical documents.
o Review and approve lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and samples to ensure alignment with tech pack specs.
o Conduct sample fittings and provide clear feedback and revised specs to vendors.
o Maintain version control of tech packs and track updates throughout the development cycle.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
o Bachelorโs degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field.
o 3+ years of experience in technical design, preferably in apparel (๐ค๐ข๐๐ฌ๐ฐ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ).
o Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM systems.
o Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, and production processes.
o Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
