o Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
o 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, or a contact center environment.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Oversee the entire lifecycle of external IT projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
o Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and clients, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication.
o Identify and mitigate risks, resolve complex issues, and implement proactive strategies to ensure project success.
o Manage the software support function, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of all enterprise systems, including ERP solutions (e.g., Dynamics AX) and customer-focused applications.
o Establish and enforce best practices for software maintenance, bug fixes, and system upgrades.
o Develop and oversee a robust support and ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of technical issues for internal and external users.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to define the IT strategy, identifying opportunities for technological innovation and improvement.
o Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance business processes and customer experience.
o Analyze project and support data to provide insights and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
o Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project professionals and support specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
o Conduct performance reviews, set professional development goals, and provide guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.
o Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to scale the department’s capabilities as the company grows.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
o Proven experience in a project management or IT leadership role, specifically with external projects and software support.
o Demonstrated success in managing large-scale enterprise system integrations and ERP implementations.
o Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
o Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
o Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly desirable.

o Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of ACs, generators and office equipment (with IT team support where needed).
o Assist employees with administrative requests such as ID cards, seating arrangements and transport coordination.
o Assist in Managing travel arrangements, transport and hotel bookings for official visits.
o Receive, log, and resolve employee complaints related to facilities, maintenance, and admin issues.
o Ensure timely escalation and resolution of pending matters.
o Maintain records of purchases, expenses, service agreements, and contracts.
o Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
o Support implementation of health, safety, and security measures in office premises.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
o 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience in office administration, facilities management or related functions.
o Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
o Good communication and negotiation abilities to deal with vendors and internal stakeholders.
o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic record-keeping/reporting tools.
o Knowledge of health, safety and security practices in an office environment will be an advantage.
