𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is seeking a skilled and experienced professional for the position of 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Expansion initiatives, driving sustainable growth across new business opportunities and channels.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬 & 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Identify and evaluate franchise, joint venture, licensing, banking alliances and other strategic partnership opportunities.
o Develop new business proposals aligned with organizational growth objectives.

🔹 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡:
o Develop B2B growth strategy and achieve sales targets.
o Identify and onboard key clients including schools, corporates, distributors, franchises, marketplaces, hospitals, and other strategic partners.

🔹 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
o Build scalable B2B sales channels across retail categories.
o Explore white-label opportunities and strengthen distributor networks in regional markets.

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
o Manage institutional and commercial clients effectively.
o Conduct regular business reviews, negotiate contracts, and ensure strong service delivery and customer satisfaction.

🔹 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬:
o Provide market intelligence, expansion insights, and competitor analysis.
o Track performance of new stores and support long-term growth planning.

🔹 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
o Prepare sales forecasts and business projections.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper inventory planning and margin control.

🔹 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
o Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
o Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth execution of business plans.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

o MBA/BBA (Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred).
o 5–8 years of experience in retail expansion, real estate, or business development within a retail environment.
o Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
o Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
o Good understanding of retail market dynamics, leasing practices, and commercial terms.
o Willingness to travel for site visits and market assessments.
