𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional for the role of 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 to lead strategic budgeting initiatives and deliver meaningful financial insights..
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Support the annual budgeting process by coordinating with departments, preparing budget templates/guidelines, and consolidating budgets in line with organizational objectives.
o Support monthly MIS reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
o Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
o Monitor compliance with budgetary controls and spending policies, while recommending improvements for cost optimization, allocation, and annual planning.
o Coordinate with internal and external auditors by providing schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents, and audit-related explanations.
o Support process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancement initiatives to improve financial visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Education: CA (Finalist) / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
o Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Budgeting & Reporting
o Experience in retail, FMCG & manufacturing will be preferred.
o Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012).
o Strong command over Excel, Power BI, and financial analysis tools.
