AuVitronics Limited, a company of House of Habib, is looking for competent and result-oriented professionals for the following position:
Vacancy: Assistant Manager – Engineering and Project Planning
Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Mechatronics.
No. of Positions: 01
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in project planning, coordination with local and international suppliers and progress monitoring. Candidates should have strong follow-up, reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Location: Port Qasim
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the progress of multiple ongoing projects against approved plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports and management presentations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to identify delays, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain project documentation, action trackers, meeting minutes, and project records.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project KPIs and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
