ATCO is hiring Institution Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain close liaison with institutional procurement/purchasing authorities and manage ATCO’s pre-qualification/tender registrations.
· Oversee the complete tender process for Govt., Semi-Govt., and Private institutions, including submission, negotiations, grievance handling, award letters, and execution.
· Define and implement business terms with institutional distributors; issue special rates/authority letters after approval.
· Monitor competitor activities, analyze pricing/past purchases, and assess feasibility to finalize competitive and profitable bids.
· Ensure timely post-award execution: documentation, artwork/product codes, packaging compliance, and supplies.
· Manage financial matters: earnest money/security deposits, payments, recoveries, invoice submissions, reconciliations, and settlement of deductions (taxes, LD, duties, etc.).
· Coordinate with Marketing, Planning, Production, Finance, QA/QC, and Sales teams to ensure smooth institutional operations.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships; identify new institutions, suitable products, and finalize distributors with agreed business terms.
· Address customer complaints (CAPA) and ensure resolution.
· Track tenders and payments (CDR, BG, SD, EM) and analyze reasons for unsuccessful bids to improve win ratio.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Pharm D, Marketing, or related field
· 5–7 years of relevant experience in institutional sales and tender management
