Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Karachi, Pakistan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll-related queries.
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, medical claims etc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers and employees.
• Manage employee off-boarding process and coordinate clearance and final settlement process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
• Maintain and analyze compensation and benefits data using HR systems.
• Assist Head of HR in preparing annual budget exercise.
• Prepare annual increments and bonus calculations.
• Ensure employee data is up to date in the HRIS.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 to 4 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and benefits regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
