QUALIFICATION: Must be MBA in HRM with at least 6 years’ experience talent acquisition. Should have excellent communication skills with in 41 L depth knowledge of All recruitment cycle and employer branding techniques. Females are encouraged to apply.
Incumbent will be responsible to handle complete recruitment cycle. Perform analysis of hiring needs and forecast Build strong relationship with HoDs and assist in fulfilling vacant positions. Design, PIA and execute employee branding activities, hiring and retention strategies. Able to source qualified candidates for managerial role.
