WE ARE HIRING! Deputy General Manager – Dyeing
We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Deputy General Manager for Dyeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end garment dyeing operations for garments.
- Develop and implement dyeing processes to achieve consistent shade, color fastness, and product quality.
- Monitor production planning to ensure on-time order completion.
- Optimize chemical, dye, water, steam, and energy consumption to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, Washing, Finishing, Quality Assurance, and Merchandising teams to meet customer requirements.
- Analyze production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve dyeing defects, shade variations, and process-related issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the dyeing team to enhance technical capabilities and operational performance.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualification: Master’s /Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience.
