📢 We’re Hiring: QMS Manager – Knit Apparel Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems at our knit apparel CMT unit located in Landhi, Karachi.

The ideal candidate must have at least 15 years of relevant experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, with the proven ability to create, develop and implement comprehensive TQMS frameworks from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve/Design, develop and implement the factory’s complete QMS structure
Update quality policies, SOPs, inspection procedures and reporting systems
Improve quality checkpoints for fabric, cutting, stitching, finishing and packing
Lead inline, end-line and final inspection processes
Build preventive and corrective action systems to reduce defects and rework
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement CAPA plans
Develop quality KPIs, audit systems and management dashboards
Improve quality teams, production staff and department heads on quality standards
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, international standards and factory procedures
Drive continuous improvement and create a strong quality-focused culture throughout the unit
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of quality management experience in knit apparel manufacturing
Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS and TQMS systems
Strong knowledge of garment construction, inspection standards and manufacturing processes
Expertise in SOP development, internal audits, CAPA, root-cause analysis and quality improvement
Strong leadership, training, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently lead the factory’s complete quality function
