We are looking for a “𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫”

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:·

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧:
· Supervise construction and renovation activities at retail textile outlets.
· Ensure adherence to project designs, timelines, and quality standards.
· Monitor contractors, suppliers, and labor teams to meet project deliverables.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
· Inspect and verify work to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
· Conduct site audits and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
· Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to align project goals.
· Act as the primary on-site point of contact for all stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
· Provide regular updates to project managers regarding progress and challenges.

𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:
· Ensure resource optimization and manage on-site material inventory.
· Track project costs and suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:
· Enforce adherence to health and safety protocols.
· Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies on-site.

𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:
· Maintain daily project logs and prepare detailed progress reports.
· Document site inspections, changes, and approvals for reference.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools.
· Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and project lifecycle management.
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a site engineer, preferably in retail or commercial construction.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
