We are looking for a strategic and data-driven 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 to lead analytics and performance tracking across our retail network. This role will be pivotal in providing insights that shape business decisions, optimize operations, and drive growth across stores.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Lead retail performance analysis across key metrics including sales, inventory, footfall, conversion rates, store KPIs to generate actionable insights.
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports for business reviews and strategic planning.
Partner with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive data-led decision-making.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and retail planning activities through data analysis.
Analyse customer behaviour, campaign performance, and segmentation to enhance marketing and commercial effectiveness.
Conduct market benchmarking, competitor tracking, and pricing analysis to inform growth strategies.
Identify risks and opportunities in store performance, assortment mix, and inventory health.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with the IT and BI teams to improve data accuracy, reporting automation, and tool enhancement.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

6–8 years of experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, or performance management.
Proven track record in leading analytics projects and supporting cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Excel and Power BI; Dynamics 365 knowledge preferred.
Strong commercial and business acumen, especially in fashion/apparel or FMCG retail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into business impact.
