Position: Customer Services Executive – Ecommerce

Location: Karachi
We are looking for Customer Services Executive in E-Commerce Department.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ complaints ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Maintain the assigned TAT for complaint resolution
  • Respond to customer queries on calls and social media platforms
  • Maintain the assigned call pick up ratio • Manage logs of all communications through the CRM tool
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience preferably in fast fashion retail industry
  • Fluency in English and Urdu languages
  • Good knowledge and understanding of CRM tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
