Position: Customer Services Executive – Ecommerce

Location: Karachi
We are looking for Customer Services Executive in E-Commerce Department.

Major Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ complaints ensuring complete satisfaction
Maintain the assigned TAT for complaint resolution
Respond to customer queries on calls and social media platforms
Maintain the assigned call pick up ratio • Manage logs of all communications through the CRM tool
Prepare monthly and weekly reports

Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant discipline
Minimum one year of relevant experience preferably in fast fashion retail industry
Fluency in English and Urdu languages
Good knowledge and understanding of CRM tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel
Excellent communication skills
