Alkaram Studio Jobs Assistant Manager IT Infrastructure:

We are looking for an “𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐈𝐓 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 ”

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :·

· Ensure 99% network service availability through daily monitoring and optimization.
· Maintain 99% uptime of IT services for end users.
· Oversee and execute effective SLA management, including quarterly preventive health checks with documented records.
· Achieve 99.9% deployment and enforcement of security frameworks.
· Ensure 99% availability of IP telephony, with user issue resolution within 1–2 hours.
· Maintain 100% compliance in IT inventory management with no nonconformities.
· Provide inventory status reports as per agreed time intervals.
Monitor, track, and resolve user IT tickets within defined SLAs.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Proven 5–6 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in Networking, cloud computing, storage, Information & Cyber-Security, and Systems Administration.
· 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud computing, storage, networking, and cybersecurity.
· Hands-on experience with data center operations and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
· Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, security protocols, IP PABX, Microsoft Windows troubleshooting, Apple Mac OS troubleshooting, Adobe Creative Cloud Support and enterprise IT architecture.
· Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Certifications such as CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or ITIL.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

· Bachelors or Masters in the Information Technology
