Position : Senior Associate – Operations (Unit Holder Section)
Operations & Registrar Head Office, Karachi
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Transaction Intake & Logging: Receive and record all unit management transactions.
- Document Review & Compliance: Review investor account-opening documents to ensure compliance with Offering Documents/KYC/AML requirements.
- Issue Resolution: For any discrepancies, coordinate via email with the relevant distributor/sales originator and follow up until resolution.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily MIS of transactions and share as required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in mutual funds/asset management Operations and Registrar services.
