OFFICER/MANAGER – IT PROCUREMENT (ADMIN & GSD)
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from HEC recognized institute (CISM, CRISC) preferred
Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of IT procurement experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT procurement strategies, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT requirements and develop procurement plans
- Evaluate, select, and manage IT suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements & ensure supplier performance and compliance
- Manage IT procurement budgets & analyze market trends to optimize costs
- Collaborate with IT, finance, and other stakeholders & communicate procurement processes and policies
- Continuously improve IT procurement processes & implement process automation and efficiencies
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks
Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IT markets, trends, and technologies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
