OFFICER/MANAGER – IT PROCUREMENT (ADMIN & GSD)

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from HEC recognized institute (CISM, CRISC) preferred

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of IT procurement experience

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT procurement strategies, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT requirements and develop procurement plans
• Evaluate, select, and manage IT suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements & ensure supplier performance and compliance
• Manage IT procurement budgets & analyze market trends to optimize costs
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and other stakeholders & communicate procurement processes and policies
• Continuously improve IT procurement processes & implement process automation and efficiencies
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks

Core Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of IT markets, trends, and technologies
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
